  • We had Chapel with Troy Marshall yesterday noon.

    He talked about the five prayers leaders and pastors should pray:

    a. Prayer of Protection

    b. Prayer of Repentance

    c. Prayer of Faith

    d. Prayer of ...

    Didn't manage to get the point, but it was about renewing our spirit, coming back to refill our spirit everytime our ax head gets blunt.

    e. Prayer of Thankfulness

    He kept stressing to us, to pray for ourselves, for the past week, the different Pastor's that taught in school, kept stressing at us to pray for ourselves.

    And indeed when I think back, how often have I actually lay hands on myself and prayed for myself? It was always praying for others... praying for friends, family, but how often do we actually pray for ourselves?

    It is very important to do so, because the anointing is different. We need to pray for ourselves! We need to prophesy over ourself! We need to hear from God about our lives, not just about others.

    It isn't always about others laying hands on us, but sometimes, it is just that simple to lay hands on your heart and pray.

    After wrapping things up, Troy Marshall felt that God wanted him to impart something to us, the minute he obeyed the voice of God, the atmosphere changed immediately! All 600 all us, trugged down to the front to get an impartation, and I was rather annoyed, because of all the days I decided to wear a skirt, a long skirt though( argh!!!) But I decided to go down anyway, I saw JH filming Sam and JY, both of them were so hungry for God's presence, then I silently thanked God, that I was never a mini skirt person (hahhahah). I like to look at others worshipping God, I like to see how hungry they are, I don't know, it really brings my spirit up.. It's like, look at that person, he loves God so much, Lord make me like him, make me love you more..

    The presence of God was so so strong... everyone was just soaking up the atmosphere..

    Everyday, the presence of God is amazing, quoting from JY, how to backslide like that?
